Ashley HomeStore Home Furnishing Design Consultants are:

• Selling and up-selling high-end furniture, bedding, and accessories to our valued customers
• Engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the utmost integrity
• Adding value to our creative and dedicated sales team
• Maximizing all opportunities in the process of closing a sale
• Building trust, and developing long lasting relationships with your customers
• Generating leads through follow-up calls and emails to your current and past customers

Requirements for the job position:

• Possess strong selling and customer service skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Associates Degree(preferred)
• Exudes high energy and positive attitude
• The ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively
• Basic computer literacy
• Previous retail sales and/or server experience (preferred)
• Willingness to work weekends
